It’s been a while since i did a photo post.

Orchids are amongst the largest family of flowering plants with over 26 000 natural species and up to 100 000 cultivated varieties, including the rare and relatively expensive vanilla plant, which chef’s value highly for their seed pods

A show by an Orchid growers society last weekend gave me a great o opportunity to capture some of Nature’s incredible and awesome beauty ( with but a small helping hand from Man, some of these flowers had never grown in the ‘wild’ but needed careful tweaking by the hands of craftsmen to exist.

I’m sure you’ll agree that when man and God work in harmony, the results can be spectacularly special.

(Left clicking on any photo below will open up a slideshow, but i prefer to Right click and open in a new tab as this gives a bigger image that shows more detail of any photo). 🙂

  1. Beautiful flowers indeed.

  2. Blessings brother from afar,
Wow! Those are some beautiful, yet colorful Orchids. First thought as I looked at these pictures, God’s beauty caught in a snapshot that it may be etched in our minds. Like the rainbow, which is a sign of God’s Covenant that He left for us as a reminder of His great love, it is an array of beauty that we may ponder and enjoy. You can read about it in the book of Deuteronomy. What do you see after a storm, a rainbow, as the word says in Hebrews-God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, Amen!

    • Joyous Greetings Brother, 🙂

The Artistry of God’s handiwork is unfailingly beautiful and rarely expressed in any purer form than the beauty and delicacy and unique (imperfect) quality of a flower. Yet every flower has only a short life to show off it’s beauty before it passes from the world.

      God Bless

      • Blessings,
Indeed that is truth brother, just as our life is in God’s eyes for the same purpose. We are merely a BLINK in His eyes because He is the Beginning and the End.
